Toutless equivalent in USA?

Anyone know of any site that does a similar (great) job as this one in the US, specifically San Francisco?

Searching for fan 2 fan specific to San Francisco might get you something. Perhaps the subreddit on SF might put you in the right place. There are loads of different laws based on county, city and state around ticket sales in the US so any such site probably is city specific.
