Ticketmaster Delivery of Souvenir Tickets

Hi,

I've had a really bad experience recently with Ticketmaster failing to deliver the Souvenir ticket I booked when ordering. They've tried shifting blame to An Post, and that under the terms and conditions they're not liable to refund if the souvenir tickets failed to get delivered.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had issues with ticket delivery from Ticketmaster for souvenir tickets?

I've not booked Souvenir tickets before but for regular tickets that still get posted (increasingly rare) Ticketmaster changed to a very "bill" looking envelope a few years ago instead of the small brown ones that made it clear what they were. Been a few now that I assumed was some bank statement or something and not paid attention to immediately only to find out they were tickets later. Something to watch for.
