Arsenal vs. Wigan September 19th

Desperately seeking tickets for the Wigan match on September 19th.
My family and are going to travel to London (for the first and probably only time in my life) specifically to see Arsenal. We are planning our holiday around the game.

I'm not sure how many tickets I need. I will attend the match with my wife, my 2 year old son and my 4 month old baby.
Do the kids need tickets too?

Also interested in the Arsenal vs. Celtic match on Sept. 16th. We might just make it in time for the game. Our flight will get in that morning.

Any help would be appreciated.

I only have 1 ticket, but it's in Club level, so a very nice seat. Pls PM me if still interested.
