We strongly recommend you do swaps in person on or as close to the night of the event as possible. Sending tickets in the post in the hope other tickets will arrive is massively open to abuse.
Also:
Verify the tickets you are swapping were bought by the person who you are swapping with. The more people a ticket has been through the more likely there will be a problem somewhere. If someone has bought a ticket from a tout or other source it could be canceled without them being aware. Any ticket bought with a credit card will have the persons name on it. Verify this with some ID and record their details.
